E105 Talking about foods

TEXT

John: Do you eat out a lot?
Mary: Yes, I like going to the restaurants. I don’t like cooking at home, I hate  to do the dishes.
John: So do I. What kind of restaurant do you like?
Mary: I like Italian restaurants. How about you?
John: I like Thai food, but only if it’s bland, not too spicy. I can’t eat something with too much hot pepper.
Mary: What dish do you like most?
John: I’m not a vegetarian, but I prefer dishes with grains, beans and nuts. I like salads, soups, curries.
Mary: Is it because of health or religious reason?
John: Neither, I just don’t like eating red meat or poultry.
Mary: Do you eat fish and seafood?
John: Yes, as well as any dairy product.
Mary: I heard the Thai restaurant next door has an outstanding menu. Would you like to try it this evening?
John: Certainly, I’ve been there before, their vegetarian curry is delicious.
