Nancy: It’s a great idea. They just opened a new theater at the mall, let’s go there.
John: OK. What kind of movie would you like to watch?
Nancy: I like dramas, romantic movies, love stories.
John: No, I don’t like to see any sad movie today, let’s go see an action movie.
Nancy: There’s nothing new in that category, unless you want to see a foreign one. There’s a good American one, but it’s not out yet.
John: Yes, I read about that one, it’s coming soon.
Nancy: How about a comedy?
John: That’s a good idea, let’s go see a comedy.

Top Gun: Maverick is a 2022 American action film directed by Joseph Kosinski. It is the sequel to the 1986 film Top Gun and the second installment in the Top Gun film series.
Written by Ehren Kruger, Eric Warren Singer, and Christopher McQuarrie, the film is based on a story by Peter Craig and Justin Marks. It stars Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer reprising their roles from the original film.
In the film, Maverick confronts his past while training a group of younger TOPGUN graduates, including the son of his deceased best friend, for a dangerous mission.
