Definition: fast, deer-like wild animal that lives in Africa. It has long, thin legs and can jump very far.

Examples:
We were lucky enough to see an impala during our safari.
Fortunately, the impala population in this region has increased in recent years.
Unlike the females, male impalas have long, curved horns.
