Definition: when a large amount of earth, rock, or mud moves quickly down a hill or mountain.

Examples:
Heavy rainfall triggered a landslide near the village.
Residents were evacuated because of the risk of a landslide.
The region is highly vulnerable to landslides during the rainy season.
